Cooling and setting system: It adopts pressure plate type structure and hydraulic system control, which makes the plate size precision control easy. The piping designed by the cooling system allows the sheet to be cooled more evenly and quickly set. 4. Traction and cutting system: The roller type combined traction machine is used to make the traction force measurement and adjustment simple, and the roller traction machine and the wide-width cutting machine are electrically synchronized to control the plate incision straight. The entire production line has a beautiful appearance and is easy to operate electrically. The produced sheet has high foaming magnification, high surface hardness and smooth surface wear resistance.
